Ann Brody brings a wide background in general counseling and positive psychology to her career counseling practice. She started Career Solutions, Inc. in 1995 after 200+ hours of training by The Highlands Company, a human performance enhancement company. She has coached over a thousand clients using the Highlands Whole Person methodology and The Highlands Ability Battery, the gold-standard in career testing. Ann enjoys working with people at key transition stages in their lives.
In November, 2000, she was certified by the Five O’Clock Club, a national outplacement and career management consulting company, and coached one of their executive level virtual groups. In 2002, she was certified as a Master Personal and Executive Coach by the College of Executive Coaching, Ventura, CA. She is qualified to deliver assessments and seminars based on the MBTI and IPAT 16 PF. In 2007, she was certified in the Lominger Career Architect method of competency evaluation.

Cecelia brings many years of coaching and consulting experience to Career Solutions, Inc. After consulting, training and coaching with a major global consulting firm for many years, she began her own consulting and career coaching practice. She now specializes in strategic planning for organizations and career and job search strategy for individuals. She particularly appreciates working with people and organizations who are facing or in the midst of significant changes.
She is a certified career coach with the Five O’Clock Club, a national outplacement and career management company. Her qualifications for coaching include the Training Program and Practicum in Client-centered Counseling at the Chicago Counseling and Psychotherapy Center and master classes in coaching with the late Rita Cashman. She is certified to deliver feedback for the CNG Communications Styles Survey, the Hogan Leadership Assessments and a variety of other career-oriented instruments.
Cecelia graduated from Vassar College and earned her MAT from Reed College. She currently teaches and coaches students in the MS in Learning and Organization Change program at Northwestern University.
